  • rtkUSA: Affiliate Marketing Program Master Terms

    1. Program Overview rtkUSA’s Affiliate Marketing Program is designed to reward individuals and businesses that refer customers to our RTK corrections service. Affiliates earn commissions for each successful referral that results in a qualifying sale.

    2. Eligibility

    • Open to individuals and businesses operating in the drone, surveying, construction, and geospatial industries.

    • Affiliates must have a valid website, social media presence, or network for promotion.

    • Approval is subject to rtkUSA’s discretion.

    3. Commission Structure

    • Standard Commission: 25% of the first subscription payment for new customer referrals.

    • Recurring Commission (if applicable): 25% of monthly subscription renewals for up to 12 months.

    • High-Volume Bonus: Additional incentives for affiliates referring more than 10 customers per month.

    • Custom Agreements: Available for industry partners or high-volume affiliates.

    4. Payout Terms

    • Payouts are made via ACH, PayPal, Zelle.

    • Minimum payout threshold: $50.

    • Payouts are processed on a monthly basis.

    • Payments are made after a 30-day validation period to account for refunds or chargebacks.

    5. Tracking & Attribution

    • Affiliates will receive a unique discount code.

    • Commissions are only earned on first-time purchases.

    6. Affiliate Obligations

    • Affiliates may promote rtkUSA using approved marketing materials.

    • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines.

    • No false advertising, misleading claims, or unauthorized discounts.

    • No bidding on rtkUSA trademarks in PPC campaigns without written approval.

    7. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

    • No spam or unsolicited email marketing.

    • No use of fraudulent or deceptive tactics.

    • No affiliation with websites promoting illegal or harmful content.

    • No impersonation of rtkUSA.

    8. Termination

    • rtkUSA reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for violations of the terms.

    • Affiliates may terminate their participation with 5 days’ written notice.

    • Upon termination, outstanding commissions may be forfeited for violations.

    9. Intellectual Property

    • Affiliates may use rtkUSA’s logos and promotional materials solely for approved marketing efforts.

    • No modification or misuse of rtkUSA’s brand assets is permitted.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    • rtkUSA is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program.

    • Affiliates participate at their own risk.

    11. Amendments

    • rtkUSA reserves the right to modify the terms of the Affiliate Program at any time with 14 days’ notice.

    12. Governing Law

    • The Affiliate Program is governed by the laws of Texas.
