No FIX? NTRIP checklist
If DJI Pilot 2 or Emlid Flow stays on NONE, Converging, or FLOAT, work this list in order. Most failed trials never get a FIX because of settings, not coverage.
Same settings table: host rtk.geodnet.com, port 2101, mountpoint AUTO, GGA required, username/password from dashboard only.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Host | rtk.geodnet.com |
| Port | 2101 |
| Mountpoint | AUTO (all caps) |
| Username | From your rtkUSA dashboard |
| Password | From your rtkUSA dashboard |
| GGA | On. Required. |
- Internet on the device that runs NTRIP (DJI RC hotspot/4G; Emlid phone cell). Browser login is not the caster socket.
- GNSS first, then connect.
- Custom Network RTK, not D-RTK 2. Agras: turn off D-RTK 2 search.
- Port 2101, mountpoint AUTO all caps. Lowercase auto and port 2103 both fail.
- GGA on. A 0,0 GGA (indoors) makes AUTO pick a useless station.
- Dashboard creds, not website login.
- One stream. A second device on the same account drops the first.
- Open sky, within about 25 km of a live station. No LTE in a pit: use a local base.
- Wait 90 seconds. Toggle RTK. Restart app. Restart aircraft/receiver outdoors.
- Still FLOAT with good sky and cell: too far from a station, or stream already in use. Do not survey on FLOAT.
rtkUSA is nationwide GEODNET NTRIP. Not a radio base, not Trimble VRS, not an SLA. One account, one rover.
